The relationship between single mother "Jing" and her child is a microcosm of the educational dilemmas of our time: her six arms are both proof of her selfless dedication and a shackle that confines her child, turning intimate symbiosis into implicit antagonism.

A mother's "love" is full of contradictions. Overprotection and the obsession with "hoping her son will become a dragon" distort the meaning of love. She protects her child from harm, but she also turns the child into a puppet, causing him to lose his initiative in the competition.

Many mothers of this era are like "monsters." This "monsterness" stems from their selfless love, but even more so from the fear of being "eliminated" under the pressure of the times. They are not born "monsters," but rather they resist the helplessness in the torrent of education by sacrificing themselves for their children.
